Internal refund policy
No refunds once an audit starts processing. Agency pack refunds are discretionary, not advertised, and apply only to unused credits.
- When an agency requests a refund, every credit they retain or already used is valued at the normal one-time audit price for that plan.
- The refundable amount is the original pack payment minus retained/used credits at full one-time price, minus any amount already refunded.
- Always run a dry-run first. The confirm step creates the Stripe refund; the Stripe refund webhook reconciles the user credit balance.
