MOORLI BrandGuardDiagnostic is an automated intelligence service provided by MOORLI LLC that evaluates brand impersonation and lookalike-domain risk using publicly observable signals (e.g., DNS, RDAP/WHOIS where available, TLS certificate metadata, and non-intrusive HTTP retrieval of publicly accessible pages). Risk scores, findings, and remediation recommendations are generated by software algorithms and are provided solely for informational and educational purposes.

Non-intrusive analysis only. This Service does not perform penetration testing, vulnerability exploitation, credential testing, account access attempts, phishing simulations, or any intrusive activity. We do not send emails on your behalf, attempt authentication, or access private systems. We evaluate only information that is publicly accessible on the internet and may be collected from third-party public data sources.

Provider-agnostic. This Service is intended to be provider-agnostic and focuses on observable indicators (e.g., whether a lookalike domain is registered, whether it publishes MX records, how it resolves, whether it redirects, and high-level certificate/hosting signals). We do not endorse, certify, or guarantee any registrar, DNS host, email provider, CDN, or cloud vendor. Any third-party product or brand names referenced are the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification.

No professional advice. MOORLI BrandGuardDiagnostic, its creators, and affiliates are not cybersecurity firms, managed security service providers (MSSPs), insurers, private investigators, or legal professionals. We do not provide legal, regulatory, insurance, or professional cybersecurity advice. You should consult qualified professionals as appropriate.

No guarantee. A “Low Risk” score does not guarantee that your brand is immune to impersonation, typosquatting, phishing, or fraud. A “High/Critical” result does not guarantee malicious intent or that harm will occur. Domains may change ownership, configuration, and content at any time. This report should not be the sole basis for legal action, takedown decisions, contract termination, or financial decisions.

Accuracy limits and “Inconclusive” outcomes. Results depend on the availability and propagation of public DNS records, registrar/RDAP availability, network reachability, and third-party services at the moment of the scan. Temporary outages, propagation delays, geo-based blocking, rate limiting, bot defenses, or content changes may affect results. Where data is missing, uncertain, or not applicable to that domain state, findings may be marked Inconclusive or NA. MOORLI LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any data generated.

Third-party threat intelligence. MOORLI BrandGuardDiagnostic uses third-party threat intelligence as a corroborating input in its analysis of potentially malicious activity. Candidate domains or URLs may be submitted to external reputation providers to support internal scoring. These external sources are provided "AS IS", are not redistributed verbatim, and are used as one factor within our own scoring and findings. Some risky sites may not be identified, and some safe sites may be identified in error.

No takedown or enforcement services. MOORLI LLC does not provide legal enforcement, takedown notices, DMCA processing, registrar negotiations, or incident response. Any actions taken based on this report (including contacting registrars, hosting providers, law enforcement, or counsel) are your responsibility.

AS-IS. Reports are provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind — express or implied — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOORLI LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use of this report or reliance on its contents (including, but not limited to, lost profits, business interruption, reputational harm, or loss of programs/data). In any event, MOORLI LLC’s total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service or any report shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific audit/report giving rise to the claim.

No refunds. Payment, refunds, and chargeback terms are governed by the Terms of Service. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable once processing begins.
