Privacy Policy

Effective Date: February 24, 2026

MOORLI BrandGuardDiagnostic is built for informational brand-risk audits using public internet signals. We do not require access to your internal systems or email accounts.

Summary: We collect account, payment, and audit-delivery data needed to run MOORLI BrandGuardDiagnostic, deliver your reports, and support your dashboard. We do not sell your personal data.

1. Overview

MOORLI BrandGuardDiagnostic (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a product of MOORLI LLC, provides an automated brand impersonation and lookalike-domain audit service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we safeguard it when you use our website and the MOORLI BrandGuardDiagnostic service (the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Service, and our Disclaimer.

2. Information We Collect

a. Account Information. We collect your email address and basic profile details provided by our authentication providers (for example, Google Sign-In) so you can log in and access your dashboard.

b. Audit Inputs. We collect the brand domain you submit for analysis and related scan settings (such as plan tier, lookalike candidate limits, or rescan requests) needed to generate your report.

c. Generated Audit Data. We generate and store lookalike candidate domains, risk classifications, rule outcomes, scores, summaries, and report outputs (such as HTML, PDF, and where applicable PPT and JSON deliverables).

d. Support Communications. If you contact us, we collect the information you include in your message so we can respond and resolve issues.

e. Payment Metadata. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. We may store limited payment metadata (such as payment status, amount, and transaction identifiers) for account history and support.

3. How We Use Information

  • Authenticate your account and manage dashboard access.
  • Generate, store, and deliver MOORLI BrandGuardDiagnostic reports and rescans.
  • Process payments and maintain purchase history.
  • Provide customer support for authentication, payment, and report delivery issues.
  • Monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and improve service performance and security.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your report data for advertising.

4. Public Internet Signals We Query

MOORLI BrandGuardDiagnostic is a public-signal service. To generate your report, our engine may query publicly available internet data related to the lookalike candidate domains it generates and evaluates, including information such as:

  • Registration / RDAP / WHOIS-style availability and registrar data (where available)
  • DNS records and name server responses
  • MX and other mail-related DNS signals
  • HTTP/HTTPS responses, headers, redirects, and page content snapshots
  • SSL/TLS certificate metadata
  • Public reputation or corroboration signals (when available), including submitting candidate domains or URLs to third-party reputation providers for internal scoring/corroboration

We do not require or request access to your internal systems, inboxes, private DNS panels, or third-party provider accounts.

5. Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details. Stripe’s handling of payment information is governed by Stripe’s own privacy and security practices.

6. Sharing of Information

We share information only as needed to operate the Service:

  • Infrastructure and Hosting: Google Cloud / Firebase services for compute, storage, and database operations.
  • Reputation and Corroboration Providers: Third-party reputation services may receive candidate domains or URLs as needed to support internal scoring. We do not expose their raw provider verdicts in customer reports.
  • Payments: Stripe for payment processing and transaction records.
  • Legal / Safety: When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, security, or integrity of MOORLI LLC, our users, or the Service.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to data brokers or advertisers.

7. Data Storage and Security

We store data using cloud infrastructure (including Firebase/Firestore/Cloud Storage) and use commercially reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit and managed access controls, to protect your information.

No internet service is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a material security issue affecting your data, we will take appropriate steps to investigate and respond.

8. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service and support your dashboard history:

  • Report files: Generated report artifacts (such as HTML/PDF/PPT) may be stored for approximately 90 days to support downloads and re-access.
  • Audit records: Audit metadata and summary results may be retained longer to display your audit history and support billing or troubleshooting.
  • Logs and backups: Limited logs and backups may persist for security, fraud prevention, and operational recovery.

We may delete or anonymize data earlier where feasible, and we may retain data longer when required by law or to resolve disputes.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or export of certain personal data we hold about you. You may also have the right to request information about how your data is used.

To make a request, contact support@moorli.io. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.

10. Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies or browser storage for authentication and session management. We may also use basic analytics to understand site usage and improve performance. Analytics data is used in aggregate and is not used to sell advertising.

You can adjust your browser settings to limit cookies, but some features (including login or dashboard access) may not work properly if essential storage is disabled.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. International Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other regions where our service providers operate infrastructure. By using the Service, you understand that your data may be transferred to and processed in these locations.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.

14. Contact
